Port St. Lucie Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring installation, coating, polishing, resurfacing, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Port St. Lucie, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and concrete grinding.
All services are subject to an in-person assessment of the property and concrete condition. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine, in our professional judgment, is not suitable for the requested service.
Estimates provided by phone or online are preliminary and not binding. A firm, written estimate will be issued following an in-person inspection of your property. That written estimate constitutes the agreed scope and price for the project.
We will not alter the price stated in a written estimate unless the scope of work changes. If conditions discovered during the project require additional work beyond the agreed scope - such as previously unknown slab damage or moisture issues - we will notify you before proceeding and provide a written change order for your approval. No additional work will be performed without your authorization.
All prices are stated in US dollars and apply only to the specific project described in the written estimate.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to reschedule a project due to weather conditions, including rain or extreme humidity, that would prevent proper application or curing of materials. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related delay.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including acts of nature, storms, or your failure to prepare the work area as agreed.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate. For most projects, a deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be stated in the project agreement.
Payment is due at the time indicated in the project agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate. Personal checks, cash, and certain electronic payment methods may be accepted. We do not accept payment over the website.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the outcome of the project and may void applicable workmanship warranties.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms for a specific project will be stated in the written project agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no warranty is made beyond what is explicitly set forth in that agreement.
Warranties, where provided, cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow curing or maintenance instructions, pre-existing slab conditions not disclosed prior to the project, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
THE WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON IT ARE OFFERED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Port St. Lucie Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
